Can anything get more heavenly than a terrace, set high above the house with a sparklingly clear pool?

Add a staggering view over the rooftops of Sommières, with spectaular mumurations, a brilliant show from the migrating birds, swooping and cavorting high above the village, swishing down to steal a sip of pool water - simply sublime.

It’s open & heated, which is doubly glorious, from the first weekend of May until as long as the weather allows in October;

we celebrate both those weekends with a “Lost Weekend” - the clue is in the title.

We serve lunch and aperitives up at the pool terrace all summer long - we don’t need much persuasion to have a sundowner watching the breathtakingly pink skies.

The pool terrace garden is a gorgeous place to spend time whether you swim, paddle, or just lie around with a good book.

Whether the weather is sizzling or made for cooler contemplation, the pool terrace a very happy place to be.
