Official front door in the alley decorated by the talented Dylan

Entrance duplicity

Like many special places, this one is tricky to find the first time, after that it is a cinch.

Just as the interiors are an intriguing blend, honouring the traditional origins of the buildings with a little light-hearted wit, so too is your choice of 2 entrances.

Beyond the pale green gates, coming up the hill to the Château, you will find a classical French garden, laid out with exacting symmetry, beyond the carpark. A fine and rare example, now that the box moth caterpillar is attacking all the box hedging in France, and often visited by the primary school pupils. The courtyard garden is awash with colour in spring, intoxicating and romantic.

Our official address is hidden down a discrete pedestrian alley way tucked behind the catholic church. Easily accessible on foot, but not a fan of google maps. Local hero of the street art scene Dylan @soukaozart has spruced up the old door, a funky interpretation of hotel de l’Orange & Tom’s famous moustache.
